"I am not a master tea blender, nor do I pretend to be...I just have a love for tea and a passion for creating new blends for others to enjoy. It is through trial and error, staff tasting tests, and feedback from our devoted tea enthusiasts that help me finalize a blend. Our teas are blended in small batches to ensure that you are getting a fresh brew each and every time. So, our hope is that you will take time from your busy day to relax, reflect, and enjoy a good cup of tea."

Gypsy's Blend--Our original, and by far the most popular. A decaffeinated house blend that combines sweet raspberry with a rich, vanilla undertone... makes a refreshing iced tea. Price Code A

Citrus Garden Blend - A refreshing green tea blend of tart lemon, a burst of lime, and the fresh fruit sweetness of pineapple, and orange. We've added premium Egyptian chamomile, rosehips, and a handful of colorful sunflower petals. Delicious hot served with lemon, or iced garnished with fresh fruit. Price Code A

Winchester Blend--A chocolate flavored black tea with minty undertones. Price Code A

Summer Rose--A delicate green tea with the floral nectar flavor of rose petals and soothing lemon balm. Price Code A

Yuletide--Blended with the holidays in mind, this cranberry flavored black tea with apple bits and mulling spices is a favorite year round. Price Code A

Our Morning Blend--A smooth full-bodied union of Nilgiri and Keemun teas with the added sweetness of Golden Yunnan; has a slightly smoky character. Price Code B

French Silk--Vanilla flavored black tea infused with dark chocolate. Price Code B

Anniversary Blend--To commemorate our 10th anniversary, we blended Darjeeling, (the “champagne of teas”), with peach bits, jasmine, rose, and cornflowers. This tea is pleasing to the eye as well as the palate. Price Code C

In the Pink--Blended for “The Cure”, this is an uplifting herbal infusion of lemongrass, peppermint, rose petals, strawberry bits and other soothing blossoms. Price Code D

Autumn Blend--Smoothe rooibus blended with sunflowers, mandarin, blackberry leaves, and cinnamon bits. Produces a deep red cup with a "full" taste.. Price Code A

Blue Lady--A lavender Earl Grey blended with lemon balm, mallow flowers, and cornflowers. The lavender undertones add a new twist to an old favorite. Price Code B

Brewing Instructions:

1. Fill the kettle with fresh, cold water and heat to boiling ( almost
to boiling for white and green teas)
2. Warm the teapot by swirling hot water inside it. Pour it out.
3. Measure one teaspoon of tea per cup and place in the infuser or brew
basket.
4. Pour the water over the leaves, cover, and infuse to taste, usually
3 to 5 minutes. Most green teas require only a brief infusion, while
black, white, red, and herbal teas brew a bit longer.
5. Remove the infuser, pour, and enjoy!
